You’ll learn accessible, at-home techniques that reinforce any care you’re receiving—medical or holistic.

Whether you’re navigating period pain, fibroids, digestive concerns, fertility struggles, or are simply ready to reconnect with your amazing body..

this retreat will be a gentle but potent reset for your health and offers a grounded, gentle space to learn time-honored self-healing practices.


This is an experiential retreat!

We combine traditional teachings from Maya and Chinese medicine with Lisa Levine's 35+ years of hands-on experience supporting women’s health.

This class is for anyone who feels the quiet nudge to come home to their body. Come as you are. No experience needed—just curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to reconnect with the wisdom your body already holds.


*This retreat provides the foundation for those who wish to deepen their understanding of body wisdom and may serve a prerequisite for the Abdominal Therapy Practitioner Training offered through The Red Tent Wellness Womb School as we will cover the same material as the, entry level, Womb Wisdom Self Healing Workshop and much more.


At the retreat there will also be a focus on Chinese medicine in the afternoons to provide deeper understanding to the teachings and more practical self-care tools to take home.
